Today was my first day woodworking with William Alburger.
He introduced himself and showed us what we would be doing over the course of
the week. We will be helping him complete an artistic piece, and we will also
be doing personal projects of our own.
We used lots of power tools and table saws to create all
the right dimensions of wood.
After making a lot of progress over the first
half of the day, we went inside and were taught the business side of the
project by Mrs. Alburger:
Researching art shows and finding out which ones would fit the type of
artwork Mr. Alburger creates.
His work is truly unique and I am very excited to learn
more from him througout the week.
