Thursday
Today was another cookie day. Today, the people who usually take charge weren’t there. So, I took on more responsibility by
also weighing the cookies. It took me a while to get the hang of it but when I
did it was like second nature. There’s a real rhythm to most of the tasks at
the bakery and once you get the hang of something you can do it without even
thinking, just like riding a bike. I really enjoyed this part of my practicum.
