Today, I started making a large bowl on a lathe out of
walnut wood. I also worked on an already shaped and carved bird that I
continued to detail and carve using a burning tool. I did not yet finish the
bowl, as the hollowing and shaping process takes time, but I had already
completed most of the project. Later, I went to get a pen kit for making a
wooden pen which I will start tomorrow.
