2014 Soltane Breads and Spreads, Day Two- Ciaran



Today, I got to work at 6 AM and we made loads and loads and loads of dough to make tons of loaves of bread. We made all kinds of bread doughs--sesame, seven grain, baguette. After folding the bread, periodically, we shaped it and put it into baskets to let the bread rise. Then, we threw the loaves in the wood fired brick oven. We also made some delicious pastries that sold out very quickly.
