Today, we continued with painting the second coats onto
the planks that we would be using in the project. While it was drying, we went
to visit Mr. Alburger's friend, Kenny, who showed us the dirty work behind the
art.
We assisted Mr. Alburger and Kenny with the heavy duty cutting of some large logs using a
massive machine that horizontally split the wood. Kenny showed us how to
operate the forklifts and which machines do what.
A lot of progress was made on our frames and they should
be finished up tomorrow.
