This was from my first day of Practicum (Tuesday) at
Soltane Breads and Spreads.
I really love working here at Soltane Breads And
Spreads! I love bread, tasting it and making tremendous amounts of
pastries! In the photo below, I am rolling croissant dough and about to fold it for the about
50th time!
