Today we started right away with creating a batter of
raspberry truffles samples. Then around 11:30 we want to BNI meeting which is
where a group of business owners and co-owners get together every week and talk
about how to broaden their business out even more. It was very interesting and
business like but Lisa and I were also very nervous. When the meeting started,
everyone went around and said something about themselves then they said what
they wanted to get out of the week. I was nervous, to say the least because
most of the people were dressed in suits and fancy clothes. Luckily Cheryl
introduced us a little and then we had to say the rest. I was really proud of
myself that I didn’t say something silly and also I was very proud of Lisa
whose a German student and who was put to the test of speaking English and she
did amazing.
On the way back from the meeting, we had to stop and get some raspberry flavoring for the raspberry truffles we had made earlier. Once we got back we added the flavor and then we finally go to dip our Oreo truffles into white chocolate and then we put the raspberry truffles into a pastery bag and squeezed out sample sizes. We then rolled them.
