2013 Sweet Salvation Truffles Day Three -Annie


As soon as we got there today, we melted some dark chocolate for the 400 something raspberry truffles. It was really a tough experience to get all the access chocolate off of the truffles and plus there were a lot to dip. Then after lunch, we decorated the raspberry truffles with a white chocolate drizzled with a few drops of food coloring to give it a pink effect. 






We then had to chop up big bricks of sugar free chocolate. We got to taste it and it tasted awfully bitter. I liked the idea of us creating a truffle that could be bought by someone who can’t digest sugar well though. We then grounded it into coco powder substance.
